UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas, has checked on at the university city in Abdyia the empirical presentation of the products of  one of the international companies working in the field of safety and fire extinguishing means in the presence of the UQU Vice President for Branches Dr. Abdulmajeed bin Saeed Al Ghamdi, the Director of Safety Department, Eng. Hassan bin Sa'ed Qasi Al-Ahmadi besides the representatives of a number of government agencies. 

During the event, Dr. Assas said the university is very keen to provide all safety requirements at all the university facilities in accordance with the international standards in this regard to ensure safety of our students and the affiliates of this lofty scientific edifice. " Our keenness to make available all safety means  led us recently to establish specialized department to follow up safety requirements at all facilities of the university", he elaborated lauding efforts exerted by the workers in the department of safety.   

On his part the Director of the Safety Company located at King Abdullah Economic City in Rabigh, Mr. Faisal bin Mohamed Al-Mohaisin said the  empirical presentation included fire extinguishing tanker, dual fire extinguishing vehicle  which serves rescue and fire cases at the same time in addition to the services provided by the company in the field of safety means and vital installations protection besides the rapid intervention vehicle including all rescue and first aid equipment.
