Hajj Research Institute Sets 15 Rabee II Deadline for Receiving Applications to 17th Forum

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, at UQU, has announced that 15 Rabee' II, 1438H, will be the last date for receiving summaries of those willing to participate in the 17th Scientific Forum to be organized by the Institute next Shaaban in Madina.

Dr. Hamza A. Ghelman, dean of the Institue, called on the academics, scolars, researchers, and government agencies willing to participate in the Forum to submit their summaries to the Forum's website before the set deadline: (http://hajj.uqu.edu.sa/multaqa).

Dr. Ghelman pointed out that the Forum will touch on 8 topics; they are: Fiqh of Hajj and Umrah, management, economics, construction, engineering, environment, health, media, awareness, technological applications, impact of achievements in developing services and utilities, social engagement in serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors of the Prophet's Mosques.

Dr. Ghalman made clear that, so far as the papers to be presented in the forum are concerned, priority shall be given to those that contribute to raising KPIs, in pursuit to achieve National Transformation Objectives having to do with Hajj and Umrah, and those that reiterate the importance of consolidated efforts for better hosting of flocks of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, and facilitating the procedures necessary in this respect, in addition to providing high-quality services to them.
