His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the President of Umm Al-Qura University, at his office yesterday (Sunday), received the annual report of the College of Applied Medical Sciences. This took place in the presence of His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Ayman Al-Saigh, the vice deans, and the heads of the departments.

His Excellency the UQU President viewed the report, which documented the achievements of the college and its research and academic activities. The report also outlined the college's educational activities and scientific lectures; its role in serving the UQU and the Saudi community; the college's vision, mission and objectives; the summer training; and the decisions and recommendations of the college's council for the academic year 1440 A.H.

During the meeting, His Excellency lauded the efforts exerted by the Deanship of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and expressed his admiration for the content of the report. Afterward, His Excellency honored the administrative staff of the college for their commendable efforts throughout the academic year.

On his part, His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Ayman Al-Saigh, on his behalf and on behalf of all the affiliates of the college, extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the UQU President for his unlimited and continuous support to the college. He added that the president's efforts indicate his keenness on promoting the college's educational outputs, helping it realize its mission towards achieving excellence and building effective community partnerships.
