At his office at Abediyah Campus, on Wednesday 6th Rabi’II 1438H, the President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, received the Annual Report of the Designs College for the academic year 1436-1437H, from Dr. Abdulmajeed Sabbagh, Dean of the College, in the presence of Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shosho (UQU Vice President), as well as a number of the College’s affiliates.
Dr. Sabbagh demonstrated the statistics and data included in the report, in addition to the achievements and events of the college during the past academic year. He also discussed with UQU President the future plan of the college for the coming years, the specializations taught there and the exhibitions and programs in which it participated.
At the end of the meeting, UQU President expressed his admiration and appreciation of the efforts and accomplishments exerted and achieved by the College. He also thanked the College’s dean, vice deans, heads of departments, and all affiliates for their past and present contributions for the benefit of the College and its students.
