His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, on Wednesday, opened the Sports Activities Hall and Medical Clinics in the main campus for female students at the University College in Al-Qunfudhah. He also opened an extension for female students at the Central Library, and the Student Activities Building. The inauguration was carried out in the framework of moving towards creating an attractive learning environment in all branches of the university. The inauguration took place in the presence of Umm Al-Qura University Vice President, Prof. Farid Al-Ghamdi, and His Excellency the Supervisor of Umm Al-Qura University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmad Babalghith.

The President of Umm Al-Qura University inspected the facilities and needs of the main campus of the college, stressing the keenness of the university to provide an atmosphere that is consistent with the aspirations of his female students and helps them realize their hopes of contributing to serve their homeland.

The Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Dr. Sharifah Al-Hazimi, appreciated the visit of the Umm Al-Qura President to open the Sports Activities Hall, the College Central Library, and the Medical Clinics. She also noted the keenness of His Excellency to provide a quality educational environment for his female students, and his continued support for the development of college facilities.
