The College of Engineering, represented by the Vice Deanship for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, held the First Scientific Forum on Thursday, 24 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., corresponding to 21 November 2019 A.C.

The forum included 9 scientific sessions divided among three halls for the discussions held in the fields of industrial engineering and construction engineering. This was with the participation of (14) faculty members and (39) students from the college.

Sessions were managed by: His Excellency Dr. Ayman Al-Falih, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Baghdadi, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Al-Hassani, and His Excellency Engineer Ibrahim Al Murei. The forum comes within the framework of promoting the spread of knowledge and scientific research.

At the end of the forum, His Excellency Dr. Alawi bin Muhammad Bamahdi, Dean of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah, handed rewards to the staff members and students who participated in the event. Furthermore, a luncheon was held in honor of the attendees and participants.
