Under the patronage of the Department of Arabic Language (female section) at Adham University College, Ms. Dhahaba Hasan Al-Malki held a workshop entitled, "The Most Important Aspect of Old Literary Criticism", on Wednesday, 23 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., at hall no. 24, on the ground floor.
Work on the workshop started at 8 a.m. We addressed the most important saying we have, that is: man cannot achieve success without enduring hardships, failure and despair, but those of strong will do not stay long at these stops. This saying is said to those who exert efforts and contemplate on their journey of life to overcome difficulties.
On this day, we talked about "Old Literary Criticism", which is a very impressive and useful topic for all those who intend to criticize a person in a polite and fine way, avoiding all forms of defamation. We used Arabic calligraphy, writings, and phrases. Additionally, we distributed brochures including information about our course, the study of old literary criticism, and the most prominent poets in the past, including an overview about the poet and his famous poems.
This workshop was supervised by Ms. Dhahaba Hasan Al-Malki.
