The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, at UQU, called on researchers as well as employees of government agencies to submit summaries of their papers to the 17th Forum for Hajj and Umrah Research, to be held next Shaaban in Madinah.
Dr. Hamza Ghelman, dean of the Institute, stated that the forum will be discussing 8 topics; they are: Fiqh of Hajj and Umrah, management, economics, construction, engineering, environment, health, media, awareness, technological applications, impact of achievements in developing services and utilities, social engagement in serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors of the Prophet's Mosques.
Dr. Ghalman made clear that, so far as the papers to be presented in the forum are concerned, priority shall be given to those that contribute to raising KPIs, in pursuit to achieve National Transformation Objectives having to do with Hajj and Umrah, and those that reiterate the importance of consolidated efforts for better hosting of flocks of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, and facilitating the procedures necessary in this respect, in addition to providing high-quality services to them. He mentioned that the deadline for receiving summaries is Friday, Rabee' II 15, 1438H. Summaries shall be received at: [email protected]
