On Wednesday, 23 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1441 A.H., in collaboration with the Training Course Center, a course entitled: “The Technique of Happiness”, was launched under the supervision of Her Excellency Dr. Suzan bint Sadaqah Basyuni, Associate Professor of Psychological Health at the Department of Psychology. It was delivered by the female PhD students specializing in psychological counseling.
The course witnessed an unprecedented attendance of academic members, female employees and students, as well as the female students enrolled in the paid programs of various disciplines. During the event, several different exercises and activities were covered that help to consolidate the concept of happiness, positivity, and an optimistic outlook on life.
