Prince of Makkah and His Deputy Receive the Certificate and Report on Umm Al-Qura University Attaining Institutional Accreditation

His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of the Makkah Province, and His Royal Highness Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Emir of Makkah Province, received the report on Umm Al-Qura University attaining institutional accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).

His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, submitted the report to Their Royal Highnesses in the presence of the Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani Ghazi; the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli;  the Dean of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Muhammad Thabit; and a numbers of vice deans. The report covers the accreditation of 37 academic programs by international institutions and organizations, as well as the institutional accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment.

The university attainment of institutional and program accreditation aimed at keeping pace with international universities, achieving the requirements of quality in the academic and research outcomes of the university, and contributing to national development in diverse fields of knowledge required by the labor market.
