The Assistant Director of the Customer Support Center, Ms. Hanaa bint Awad Al-Jaid, held a training meeting for the coordinators of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education on Wednesday, 16 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H.
The meeting addressed the most important issues related to the Tawasul Service of the Ministry of Education, and how to deal with electronic tickets received from beneficiaries and also forward them to the competent authority, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
