The Dean of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah delivered the “Table Tennis Championship” Cup to Dr. Ayman Al-Falih, Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering, who won first place in the championship. Dr. Husein Mahmoud, a faculty member, won second place. The final match was held on Tuesday, 8 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., at Al-Osturah stadium, and witnessed keen competition on the part of the players and much encouragement from the audience of college employees.

The championship was organized by the Department of Construction Engineering and the Engineering Club of the college. It was sponsored by Abad Al-Surah Media and Advertising Agency, Makhsus Restaurants and Kitchens, and Lavoire Confectionery.

After the championship, a friendly football match was held in which the college employees and faculty members participated. At the end of the day, dinner was served in honor of the Dean of the College, His Excellency Dr. Alawi Bamahdi. Everyone was happy to participate in this event.
