The Assistant Director of the Customer Service Center at the female section, Ms. Hanaa bint Awad Al-Juaid, introduced the mechanisms of utilizing the switchboard. This took place at the Deanship of University Studies in Rea Dhakhir, on Wednesday, 24 Safar 1441 A.H.

During the lecture, she highlighted the most important techniques used in switchboard operating, and the most important mechanisms that contribute to meeting work requirements and serving the university staff, in addition to the services provided by the Customer Service Center.
