The Department of Industrial Engineering at the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah held a course entitled, "Skills of Effective Presentation", which aimed at promoting student's skills in offering and presenting ideas in several themes. The event helped students to determine their main goals when offering personal presentations, and explained different means of communication. The course also covered the prominent obstacles and the solutions in conveying information.

The training course was offered by the academic staff member at the college, Eng. Hasan bin Ali Al Abdullah, who cast light in this course on students who will prepare graduation projects.

This is to achieve the principle of Umm Al-Qura University, "Student First". It also denotes the keenness of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah to benefit the students, and upgrade and develop their skills in effective presentation.
