The Deanship of Admission and Registration Participates in the Second Introductory Meeting with Female High School Students

On Wednesday 2 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1441 A.H., 22 third-year female secondary students from different schools in Makkah paid a visit to Umm Al-Qura University, where the Vice Deanship for Admission and Registration held an introductory meeting  in the presence of four female supervisors. The students were received by the team of the Admission Department, including the Head of the Department, Ms. Shadha Al-Thubaiti, and Ms. Rania Zain Al-Din. The meeting was held with the participation of a number of relevant departments, within the framework of the community partnership between the university and the schools located in the Makkah Province.

The work team of the Vice Deanship of Admission and Registration made a video presentation explaining the conditions and criteria for admission to different undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by the university. During the meeting, the specializations available for female students at Umm Al-Qura University were outlined, and the work team answered the questions raised by the female students about the different UQU colleges and departments.

The Vice Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Fatimah Al-Ghamdi, stressed the importance of such meetings, which fulfill the aspirations of the female high school students in relation to Umm Al-Qura University. Finally, Dr. Al-Ghamdi extended her thanks to the female supervisors for giving the female students an opportunity to learn about the different specializations available at the university.
