Dean of Applied Medical Science Honors Volunteers Served During Hajj Season

Dean of College of Applied Medical Science Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Ashshi on Monday, Rabi' Al Awwal 13, 1438H honored a group of students who volunteered to serve pilgrims during the Hajj season 1437H.

He decorated the students and described them as a stars that shine in the sky over the university of Umm Al-Qura (UQU).

They were honored after they decided to volunteer in service of pilgrims and to promote the virtue of volunteering among others.

He said: "College of Applied Medical Science's contribution to the campaign of Hajj service is a source of our pride for the fourth year in row that confirms the college's role in service of the pilgrims and builds channels of communication with the community in Makkah."

The dean extended thanks to President of Umm Al Qura University (UQU) Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Assas for his endless support to the community and volunteer services provided by the College of Applied Medical Science.
