The College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah nominated the student Abdul-Rahman Dhahwi Al-Umari from the Department of Industrial Engineering to receive the title of College Role Model. All participating students presented their university achievements and accomplishments, community contributions, and the self-development programs in which they have been involved to the judging committee. This took place during the first round of the 3rd season of the University Role Model Contest, which reflects the comprehensive vision of the Makkah Province that is adopted by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of the Makkah Province. The vision is represented by the strategy of "Human Development and Land Planning and Construction", under the slogan of "How to be a role model?"
