The Physics Department this morning held a reception for new students in the presence of Dr. Saeed Al-Qahtani and other members of the department. During the reception, the new students were welcomed and the most important academic procedures were clarified. Moreover, the academic advisors were identified as well as the role they play to support and guide the students during their academic career.
The Physics Department then honored a number of outstanding students.
At the end of the forum, the student Meshaal Al-Qurashi gave a speech to his fellow students, urging them to abide by the study plan and be keen to attend all the lectures and raise the academic accomplishments.
