The Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at Umm Al-Qura University yesterday started the second stage of the "Professional Practitioner" program that has been organized by the deanship in cooperation with the Professional Practitioner Center affiliated to the Vice Presidency for Business and Knowledge Creativity at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. This is to contribute to the development and improvement of the skills of the male and female employees of the university. The training is held under the patronage of His Excellency UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the Supervisor of the Vice Presidency and the Dean of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, Prof. Farid Al-Ghamdi. The program is offered by Prof. Reda Muhammad Sa`id Abdul-`Aal and Engineer Saleh Mutai` Al-Nu`man at the Professional Practitioner Center in King Abdulaziz University.
During the second stage, the participants will study the theme of purposeful developed thinking for the employees to gain the ability of developed thinking in all problems and situations they face. The trainees in this theme will practice four basic skills: methodological thinking, the skill of problem solving, the skill of decision-making, and the skill of creativity and innovation. In the course of this second stage of the program, the trainees will gain (16) behavioral skills, with a total of (64) behavioral skills during the whole period of the program.
It is worth noting that the program started with the participation of (100) male and female participants from the administrators of the various UQU's sectors, aiming at the development of the performance of the participants and its impact on the work environment.
