The College of Education and the Physical Education Department took part in the fifth edition of the New Students Forum, which was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs under the slogan of 'Confidant Start.' The event was attended by His Excellency the College Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Tawfiq bin Idris Al-Bakri, and His Excellency the College Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Talal bin Aqil Al-Khairi. Academic members who attended the forum from the Physical Education Department included His Excellency Dr. Ayman bin Abdulaziz Sarhan, His Excellency Dr. Hisham Sayid Ahmad, and His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Al-Maghrabi. In addition, His Excellency Dr. Hani Saeed from the Psychology Department attended the forum.

The forum attracted a distinguished number of new students, who had the opportunity to get acquainted with the College of Education and its departments, in addition to the different colleges of the university, and the student clubs. The forum comprised many events, competitions, and introductory meetings. Finally, the warmest wishes of success were expressed to all students in their new academic year by His Excellency the Head of the Physical Education Department, Dr. Yusuf bin Atiyyah Al-Thubaiti, and the management of the College of Education, represented by His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Ali bin Muslih Al-Matrifi, the vice deans, the heads of academic departments, and the academic staff.
