The President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has launched the twelfth meeting of the Saudi Deans of Postgraduate Studies today,  Thursday, 2nd Rabi'I 1438H. The event was attended by Dr. Muhammad As-Salih, the Secretary General of the Committee for Higher Education Council. The meeting was themed "Potential Contributions of Saudi Postgraduate Studies Deanships to Achieve Goals of Saudi Vision 2030."

During the meeting, a number of work papers by some universities are going to be presented in two morning sessions.

The meeting of today is going to be concluded with a Declaration of Recommendations session which is expected to include a number of single and joint initiatives that contribute to the fulfillment of KSA Vision 2030.
