Vice-President of Umm Al Qura University (UQU) Dr. Yasser bin Sulleiman Shosho visited on Sunday (27/2/1438H) the central laboratories at College of Applied Medical Sciences, Medical Research Labs and the Social Club in Al-Abdiyah.

He was accompanied with Head of the Department of Operation and Services Eng. Abdel Mohsen Al Ahmedy, Head of Project Department Eng. Hassan Barqawi and Head of Security Department Mr. Nabil Madayn.

Dr. Shosho said that the inspection tours were launched under directives of President of Umm Al Qura University (UQU) Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Assas who is keen on providing an enabling education environment to qualify students according to the market needs.

The Department of Operation and Services in cooperation with other department endeavors to meet the needs of every college, institute and research center by creating a favorable education climate that takes the university to the first raw of universities around the universe.

He saluted Education Minister Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Issa for his support to help UQU provide educational programs in Makkah, Jumum, Al-Leith, Al-Qunfudah and Adham.
