The Department of Public Relations and Media participated in the organization of the International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education (IECHE) under the title, "Transformation of the Saudi Universities in the Era of Change". The conference was held in the Riyadh region under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (may Allah protect him), and in the presence of His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and the Vice President for Female Affairs, Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khouli, during the period from 5 to 8 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H.
A number of the male and female vice deans as well as UQU's employees participated in the International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education (IECHE). His Excellency the UQU President pointed out that the participation of UQU in the conference comes within the exchange of expertise with all the academic and educational institutions. His Excellency the UQU President praised the progress and development achieved by Umm Al-Qura University, with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Price (may Allah safeguard them).
