The Department of Public Relations and Media, in collaboration with the University Vice Presidency for Development and Entrepreneurship, participated in holding a workshop entitled, "Qualifying the University for Institutional Accreditation". This took place on Wednesday, 13 Rajab 1440 A.H., in King Abdulaziz Historical Hall at the University City in Al-Abdiyyah, in the presence of a number of vice presidents and academic staff members.

The University Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani Ghazi, praised the efforts exerted by the university to achieve improvement and development in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, and the university vice presidents and staff.
