His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, honored the participants in the Comprehensive Exhibition of the Makkah Cultural Forum entitled 'How can we be a good example?' for the year (1439-1440 A.H.). The exhibition was held in the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah under the theme 'Developing our cities to serve Hajj and Umrah' and was inaugurated by the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Emir of Makkah Province, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal.

His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, praised the interaction of the university's representatives in highlighting its participation in the cultural week program at the Makkah Cultural Forum. Those who were honored by the UQU President included Dr. Abdul-Rahman Majrashi (Institute of Consulting Research and Studies), Dr. Omar Sunbul (Dean of Student Affairs), the staff of the UQU Media Center, and Dr. Mazin Al-Shamarani (Institute of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj and Umrah Research). His Excellency Prof. Abdullah also honored Dr. Muwaffaq Uraijah (Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship), Dr. Zainab Qadi (College of Community Service and Continuing Education), Dr. Abeer Barhamin (College of Medicine), Khalid Mursi, and Nussair Al-Shareef (Department of Public Relations).
