His Excellency Dr. Alawi bin Muhammad Bamahdi, Dean of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah, chaired the 14^th meeting of the Council of the College of Engineering for the academic year 1439/1440 A.H. on Sunday 21 Ramadan 1440 A.H. at 1.00 p.m. in the College Meeting Hall.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Alawi Bamahdi welcomed the participation of His Excellency Dr. Ayman bin Fawzi Al-Falih, Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, as a member of the College of Engineering Council, and wished everyone success in serving the college. He also praised the efforts of the former deans in the service of the educational system and praised the efforts of the Former Supervisor of the Industrial Engineering Department, Dr. Muhammad Ahmad Nassar.

The College Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda at its 14th meeting for the academic year 1439/1440 A.H., in addition to delegating the powers of the Council to the Dean of the College during the summer vacation. The meeting also studied and discussed many academic and administrative subjects related to many scientific and educational aspects in accordance with the orientations of the university and Saudi Vision 2030.
