Today, in his office at Al-Abdiyyah campus, His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, honored the deans of the colleges of Jamoum and Al-Qunfudhah. Those deans are his Excellency the Dean of Jamoum University College, Dr. Tawfiq bin Ali Al-Sharif, His Excellency the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Dr. Yasin bin Abdullah Al-Zubaidi, His Excellency the Dean of the College of Engineering in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Jabir Al-Zahrani, and His Excellency the Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, Dr. Sami bin Yasin Barahmain. They received this honor on the occasion of the end of their tenure in office. His Excellency the President of the University praised the efforts they exerted during their work in these posts.

The deans expressed their gratitude for this honoring and added that they would serve the university in any post or mission entrusted to them. Moreover, they wished much success and progress to those who will take the responsibilities of these posts after them. They also expressed their thanks to the President of the University for this honoring.
