Following the initiative of His Royal Highness the Advisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of Makkah Region, and his Deputy for the service of pilgrims and visitors, an agreement was signed between the Higher Institute for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice and the Administration of Security Patrols at the Sacred City of Makkah to train security forces in dealing with pilgrims and visitors. This initiative aims at achieving the desired integration among governmental bodies and accomplishing the vision of 2030.
The Training Courses Department at the Higher Institute takes the responsibility of the training processes to prepare qualified personnel who possess a high degree of responsibility and professionalism in all fields, the most prominent of them being security patrols.
It is worth mentioning that the agreement was signed by His Excellency the Dean of the Institute, Prof. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Risaini, and the Director of Security Patrols at Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Col. Muhammad Al-Suhaimi.
