To receive the graduation documents, you should visit the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies (Al-Zahir Campus – Bldg. D – Floor 3) and bring the following documents:

• A copy of the e-clearance form.
• A copy of the thesis delivery form.
• A copy of your national ID and university card.
