The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1. Designating Dr. Turki bin Hassan Abdullah Abul-ela as the Vice Dean of the College of Community and Continuing Education for a tenure of two years as of Safar 21, 1438H;
2. Designating Dr. Muhammad bin Hassan Hamed al-Harethi as Vice Dean of the College of Dentistry as of Safar 21, 1438H, till the end of his tenure of as Vice Dean of College for Academic Affairs on Muharram 2, 1440H;
3. Designating Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Muhammad al-Maleki as the Vice Dean of the College of Dentistry for Academic Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Safar 21, 1438H;
4. Renewing mandate of Eng. Ahmed bin Ramadan Mattar al-Zahrani as Vice Dean of Leith College of Computer Science for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Safar 13, 1438H;
5. Designating Dr. Khaled bin Khater bin Saeed al-Abidi as Head of the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methodology at the College of Education for a tenure of two years as of Safar 21, 1438H;
6. Renewing mandate of Dr. Khaled bin Ahmed Ismaeel al-Akwaa' as the Head of Programs Department at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education for a tenure of two years as of Safar 21, 1438H;
7. Designating Dr. Youssef bin Ateyya bin Ali al-Thebeiti as the Head of the Department of Physical Education at the College of Education for a tenure of six months as of Safar 21, 1438H;
8. Designating Mr. Khaled bin Abdulqader Muhammad al-Saqqa as the Supervisor of Computer Sciences at Leith College of Computer Science for a tenure of six months as of Safar 3, 1438H;
9. Assigning Mr. Salah bin Muhammad bin Musleh al-Fahmi to work at Leith College of Health Sciences as of Safar 21, 1438H;
10. Renewing mandate of Dr. Rajaa bent Taher bin Muhammad Maatouq as the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years, as of Muharram 06, 1438H; and
11. Designating Dr. Aesha bent Farraj bin Ali al-Aqla as Vice Dean of the College of Da'wa and Islamic Theology for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years as of Safar 21, 1438H.

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
