His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued an administrative decision appointing His Excellency Dr. Suhail bin Salim bin Salman Al-Harbi as Dean of Jamoum University College, as from 22 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H.

His Excellency the President of the University appreciated the persistent efforts exerted by the former Dean of Jamoum University College, His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq Al-Shareef, during his tenure of office. He gratefully acknowledged the praiseworthy and brilliant services that His Excellency rendered to the university, which significantly contributed to its advancement. He added that this advancement was the result of Allah's support, first and foremost, and then the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (may Allah protect him).

His Excellency the University President congratulated His Excellency Dr. Suhail Al-Harbi on the occasion of his appointment as Dean of Jamoum University College. He stressed the importance of exerting great effort to develop the college, and wished him success.

On his part, His Excellency Dr. Suhail Al-Harbi praised the trust placed in him by His Excellency the President of the University in appointing him as Dean of Jamoum University College. He assured that he will – with Allah's help – meet His Excellency's expectations and trust. He then praised the efforts of the former dean, His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq Al-Shareef. He pointed out that he will work to develop these efforts to be in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030, according to the national Transformation Plan 2020.
