The Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil in the females section, represented by the Department of Training Courses, in cooperation with the Vice Presidency for Women's Affairs in the Great Mosque of Makkah, organized a forum entitled, "The Study of Needs:. A Transformation Point Towards Professional Training", in the presence of UQU's Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, at Khoqir Hall in UQU's female headquarters at Al-Zahir.

The forum comes as a result of the partnership agreement that was entered into by the institute and the Deanship of the Presidency for the Field Training of the female students.

On the other hand, the Deputy of the Department of Training Courses in the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil, Dr. Amani Al-Shu`aibi, stated that the forum comes as an achievement of the goals of Umm Al-Qura University in serving the community, and that the partnership resulted in five studies that were applied by the female students and presented to the Department of Personnel Affairs at the Presidency, the Department of the Female Directive and Guiding Affairs in the Presidency, the Department of Service Affairs in the Presidency, the Department of Follow-up at the Presidency, and the Department of Public Relations, Media and Communication at the Presidency. She explained the role of the department in offering academic qualification in human resources, which consists of four streams, including the study of training needs, designing training packages in a highly professional way, the training skills and the professionalism of training, and the measurement of the impact of training. In addition, she appreciated the support and care given by the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, who expressed thanks for the distinctive efforts of the Department of Training. She also remarked that this training diploma was more specialized and gave more training, according to the accepted academic skills, in particular its standing gained inside Umm Al-Qura University.

On her part, the Office Manager of the Assistant Vice Deputy, on behalf of the representative of the Vice Presidency for Women's Affairs in the Great Mosque, Manal Al-Shareef, expressed her thanks to the Department of Training Courses in the institute, and added that this partnership had an effective impact on finding the different development and training needs of the departments and facilities of the presidency. In addition, she appreciated the great work of the female trainees and the efforts they exerted in working in the facilities of the presidency.

It is worth mentioning that the forum witnessed many different shows and programs, including panel discussions about many topics in the training profession, in addition to the holding of a training workshop entitled, "Training Games are the Key of Enjoyment and Smart Learning". The forum also included an exhibition held to introduce the training packages.
