President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Dr. Bakri Bin M'atooq Assas will give a precious and distinguished lecture titled "Knowledge-Based Economy – the Model of UQU Experience" on Wednesday, Safar 2, 1438H, evening, as part of the evenings held by Makkah Cultural and Literary Club.
Dr. Hamed Ben Saleh Al Rabiei, CEO of the Club, has mentioned that launching the events of Makkah Cultural and Literary Club with a significant lecture by HE Dr, Bakri Assas about such an important and leading experience would signal a full programme of the Club in the next monthes. Such programme would include lectures, seminars and evenings and appeal to a lot of interests.
Dr. Al Rabiei has noted that the lecture by HE President of Umm Al-Qura University would be held, God willing, at 8:30pm at the Club premises, Public Library Building, Al Zahir Campus. Literary writers and intellectuals in Makkah Province have been invited to the lecture; invitation is general for all.
