At the invitation of the Director General of Education in Makkah Dr. Muhammad bin Mahdi Al-Harithi, the Deanship of Scientific Research, represented by the Vice-Deanship for Research Volunteering and Voluntary Research, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Education in Makkah, offered a voluntary training program for the educational leadership entitled, "Education and Performance Indicators in Light of the Saudi Vision 2030".

The program aimed at highlighting the status of education in the economic development programs of the Saudi Vision 2030 and the role of the research centers in addressing educational issues in such a manner which serves the objectives and orientations of the vision, in addition to drafting the indicators of the strategic initiatives relevant to the objectives of the Saudi Vision and its future aspirations.

There were a total number of 5 training hours, and the course was presented for 30 females from the educational leadership in the Makkah region. The program was presented by the Vice Dean of Scientific Research for Research Volunteering and Voluntary Research, Dr. Sumayah Sharaf.

At the end of the course, a number of initiatives were formed based on knowledge, scientific research and investment to enable the educational process achieve its objectives, which are in line with the objectives and indicators of the Ministry of Education and the Saudi Vision 2030.
