In a new research attempt to better understand the reasons for the reluctance of graduates of the Bachelor of Tourism and Hotels to join the tourism and hotel sector, Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Ahmad Al-Daif, Assistant Professor of the Department of Hajj and Umrah Management in the college, published his study on "Determinants of Job Commitment for Tourism and Hospitality Students in Saudi Arabia". The paper was published in the journal of "Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism", which is an international journal specialized in tourism and hotel studies.
