The Customer Service Center Participates in the Saudi Universities' Tawasul Program



The Director of the Customer Service Center, Talal Al-Shareef, participated in the second training program for the Tawasul service in the Saudi universities and education departments. The program was organized by the Communication and Information Center at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, in partnership with the Customer Service Center at the Ministry of Education.

The second training program for Tawasul coordinators, held in the main hall of King Fahd Center for Medical Research, comes as part of the objectives of the Tawasul Service Program of the Customer Service Center at the Ministry of Education. The training seeks to achieve comprehensive quality in all services, and to train and highly qualify all coordinators, developing their scientific and practical skills.

This program for Tawasul coordinators was distinguished by the diversity of the fields of academic and skill training, which reflected positively on the coordinators and their outstanding service to the beneficiaries, as well as the development of ideas to improve the level of services provided to the beneficiaries.
