Fifteen Civil Defense officers at the Directorate of Civil Defense in Makkah Al-Mukarramah concluded, on Thursday, 23 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., the last course of the first version of the training program 'Quality 40', at the headquarters of Jamoum University College. The course was held under the title, 'Ways of Dealing with Official Documents'.

This training program was concluded in the framework of cooperation between Jamoum University College and the Directorate of Civil Defense in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The course was offered by the Dean of the College, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Shareef. At the end of the program, the General Director of Civil Defense in Makkah Region, Salim Marzuq Al-Matrafi, and Director of Civil Defense in Jamoum, Colonel Sa`d Farijan Al-Rubai`i, offered attendance certificates to the participants in the training program.
