The Department of Arabic Language at Jamoum University College participated in the awareness program organized by the Police Administration of Jamoum Province on Monday 13 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., in the spirit of the community partnership between Jamoum University College and the Police Administration of Jamoum Province.

The program aimed to educate the participants about illegal behavior and its resulting criminal prosecution. The program was presented by the Director of the Police Administration at Jamoum Province, Col. Sa`d bin Hamoud Al-Biladi, who explained the concept of e-crime, its various types, and resulting penalties. He also identified various drugs, their negative impact on human lives and the community, and the damage that results from drug use. He encouraged adherence to the teachings of the religion, staying away from friends who are a negative influence, and focusing on creating a nurturing and supportive family environment.

The program was attended by Dr. Waleed Al-Minshawi, the academic staff from the department, and some of the department's students.
