In his capacity as the supervisor of the thesis and the chairperson of the committee, Prof. Saleh bin Hassan Al-Mabouth, a faculty member in the Arabic Teachers Training Department, headed the Master's Thesis Examining Committee, for the thesis presented at the Islamic Studies Center in the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies by Bandar Al-Mutairi. Prof. Nassir bin Muhammad Al-Ghamdi and Dr. Khalid bin Ahmad Babtain were part of the committee as examiners. The Thesis Examination Committee was held on Sunday 19 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
The Master's thesis is entitled "The Fiqhi (Juristic) possibilities mentioned in 'Al-Insaf' by Imam Al-Mardawi; from the beginning of the chapter on Sujud Al-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness) to the end of the chapter on Salatul-Jama`ah (Congregational Prayer) ... juristic study on the Hanbali school of jurisprudence."
