On Thursday afternoon, 2 Jumada Al-Thani 1440 A.H., a master's thesis was discussed at Umm Al-Qura University. It was submitted by Rabab bint Sulaiman Al-Abbas to obtain a master's degree in educational administration and planning, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abbas Bellah Muhammad, Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, College of Education. The thesis was entitled "The impact of Motivation on the Performance of the Male and Female Administrators at the College of Education at Umm Al-Qura University."
The discussion committee was formed by Dr. Ubaydullah bin Salah Al-Lihyani, Former Vice Dean of the College of Education and Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at the UQU College of Education, and Dr. Aghadir bint Salim Al-Aydrus, Former Deputy Head of the Educational Administration and Planning Department and Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Planning at UQU College of Education.
At the end of the discussion, the student was awarded the master's degree with "Excellence".
