On Wednesday, 10 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., the first open meeting between the Dean of the College of Business Administration, Prof. Ihsan Al-Mu`taz, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Faisal Al-Ruqi, Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sa`idi, and the students of the college was held in King Abdulaziz support hall (2), at 10 a.m.

Dr. Hana' Al-Utaibi, the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration for Educational Affairs, deputy heads of the departments, and a large number of female students attended the activity at the female section. It was live-streamed through Rea Dhakhir Theater’s CCTV.

At the beginning of the meeting, the dean of the college delivered a speech about the importance of knowledge and the necessity of seizing the opportunity the students have to learn after their admission into the university. He advised them to acquire knowledge, experience, and ideas that will help and qualify them for their life after graduation.

Next, the open meeting started by giving male and female students a chance to pose any questions and inquires they had. Their questions were answered clearly and transparently.

The meeting ended at 12 a.m., with the hope that such meetings would be held regularly.
