The Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers participated in the scientific symposium held at Taif University entitled, "The Saudi Efforts in Preparing Teaching Material for Arabic as a Second Language", in partnership with King Abdullah Center for Arabic Language.
The Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, Dr. Hasan Bukhari, presented a talk on the efforts of the Institute of Arabic Language at Umm Al-Qura University, comparing the past efforts with the present plans.
The Institute also participated in the exhibition accompanying this scientific symposium, displaying educational material and scientific books.
