Under the generous auspices of the Vice-President of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamir bin Hamdan Al-Harbi, and under the supervision of His Excellency the Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul-Rahman bin Ghalib Al-Ahdal, the Deanship of Scientific Research and its affiliated centers offer a number of training courses in the field of scientific research to the male and female academic staff and postgraduate students.

The courses offered by the Deanship and its affiliated centers aim at motivating the University academic staff to propose research projects that meet the aspirations of the National Vision 2030. It also aims at refining the research skills of postgraduate students, both male and female.

Some of the programs through which the courses were offered were held in cooperation with some scientific and academic bodies at the University, to enhance cooperation between the Deanship and various bodies in order to spread the culture of scientific research.
