His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, issued a decision appointing His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Qarni, the Assistant Professor at the Department of the Preparation of Teachers at the Institute of Arabic Language, as Head of the Department of Programs at the College of Community Service and Continuing Education.
