Within the University efforts to upgrade the educational process and build bridges of communication between students and the leadership team of the University, her Excellency the Vice-President for Female Affairs Dr. Sarah bin Omar Al-Khuli attended the annual meeting for females entitled 'We are Happiness Makers’ that was organized by the Deanship of University Studies for Girls in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs, and was held at Al-Jawharah Hall in the female section.

Her Excellency declared during the meeting that the University administration, headed by its President Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, works on providing all means that achieve happiness for our female students, make them satisfied about the educational environment in the University, and contribute in upgrading their educational and scientific levels throughout the different University stages through the initiative launched by his Excellency the President of the University, 'Be Happy'. She declared that her office is always open to receive any female student in addition to the possibility of communicating with her Excellency through the email or the other available means of communication.

The meeting was attended by her Excellency the Dean of University Studies for Girls, Dr. Hala bint Said Al-Amoudi, and her vice-deans. Moreover, their Excellencies the vice-deans of Student Affairs, vice-deans of Admission and Registration, a number of assistant directors of the administration and their affiliates, and a large number of female students attended the gathering.

On her part, Dr. Al-Amoudi asserted in her speech that the University regards its students as its true wealth, as they are the foundation, the goal and the future of this country. Her Excellency pointed out that the meeting was convened to develop the University work system in a way that achieves the desired interest of our female students. She added that the University will spare no effort in providing all possible means and facilities to insure an outstanding educational environment.

It is worth mentioning that this meeting occurred within the 'Be Happy' initiative that was launched by his Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah Omar Bafail, which aims at providing all possible means that facilitate the way to success, and fosters loyalty for the University in the students' hearts.
