His Excellency the Vice-Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Educational Affairs and Academic Development, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Talhi, participated in a festival entitled “Qawafi Saudia [Saudi Poetic Rhymes]”, which was held by the Makkah Cultural and Literary Club on 13 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. at night.
