A delegation from the University of Prince Sonkla in Kitami State, Thailand visited the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, on Monday 05/07/1437 AH, in the framework of the cultural cooperation between the two universities.
The delegation was headed by Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Studies Dr. Yousef Allah and Vice Dean for Student Affairs and International Relations Azman Ti Ali. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Vice Dean Dr. Muhammad Ibn Matar Al-Sahli and Prof. Dr. al-Reeh al-Laith.
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation between the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies and the College of Islamic Studies at the University of Prince Sonkla through the establishment of several scientific courses, participation in conferences, and the deputation of teachers to teach.
His Excellency Vice-Dean expressed to the delegation that the College of Sharia welcomes this cooperation, which is encouraged by the University represented by His Excellency Director of the University, through the cultural attaché in Bangkok. After that, the delegation attended a symposium held in the college.
