The President of Umm Al Qura University Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog bin Bakri Assas on Sunday Muharram 1st 1438 H, met with the Deans of the University Branches Colleges to discuss a number of issues related to these branches and requiring urgent solutions to help boost the wheel of development in these branches. The meeting recommended establishing a committee for the branches under the chairmanship of the president of the university and membership of the deans of these colleges.
Meanwhile, Dr. Assas praised the vital and significant role played by these branches colleges at Al-Leith, Al-Qunfudhah, Adhm and Jamoum and for the concern attached by them to the academic side at these valuable and honorable places for us in line with the aspirations of our wise leadership to provide higher education for all the regions and provinces of our beloved country.
He also praised the effective role carried out by the deans of the branches colleges in dealing with the obstacles facing them and that the top management of the university has confidence in them and on the efforts exerted by the university staff working at these branches.
