The female students of the College of Business Administration won the first place in the University level in the Innovation Challenge Competition, within the events of the Future Entrepreneurs Forum that was organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute.
The team participated with the Maad Project, which was created by a team of College students: Khawla Al-Lahiani, Najlaa Al-Zahrani, Mayasir Al-Mawlid, Afaf Elwan, and Raghd Al-Qathami, and supervised by the faculty member Prof. Sundus Khayat.
The Maad Project is a website and application that aims to solve the problem of the lack of tour guides in Makkah. It acts as an interface between the guides on one side and the pilgrim and Mu`tamir on the other. There are also many other services provided by the website and application for the pilgrim and the Mu`tamir.
