His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Bashir Muahmmad bin Samman as Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance. He asks Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help him and grant him success in performing his duties towards knowledge and its seekers, and in enabling the University to reach its desired goals.
His Excellency congratulated Dr. Muhammad bin Samman on the occasion of his appointment as Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance. He stressed the importance of exerting great effort to develop the College, wishing him success.
On his part, his Eminence Dr. Muhammad bin Samman praised the University President's trust in him by appointing him as Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance. He assured that he will – with Allah's help – meet his Excellency's expectations and trust. He pointed out that he will work to develop these efforts to be in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030, in accordance with the National Transformation Plan 2020.
